Who am I?

My name is Pham Hoang Bao (or Bao Pham Hoang if you’re not Vietnamese), but you can call me Leo. I’m a Front-end Developer and UX/UI Designer currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

I started my journey at the end of 2020, and it has been roughly six years since I began studying the craft at the time of writing this post. It has treated me well, and I honestly love what I do.

What is the purpose of this site?

This blog was created to showcase my previous work and projects, as well as my thoughts on various topics in the programming world. This is not my first blog—I previously built one using Next.js, but it was a rough project with security issues and bugs everywhere.

As I continue to grow, learn, and improve my skills, the need for a better solution became clear. That’s how leospham.site was born.

It has almost become a standard that a developer’s first website is a blog—even if they never end up writing a single word. At first, the idea of sharing my limited knowledge with the world felt overwhelming, as my career had only just begun. But the more I thought about it, the more it turned into a slow-burning flame in my heart—a desire to contribute to the community, even if this site never reaches many people.
